These blogs are an quick way to promote the celebrity and to call attention to his projects and personal life. With PR blogs, the right information can be submitted to the public far faster than with a news article or a gossip magazine. It's also inexpensive and can be run either by the celebrity or by a PR ghostwriter. Many celebrity blogs are read by gossip bloggers who can quickly get information about a variety of celebrities. When a celebrity blog is updated often and contains news and some personality, blogging is a useful and inexpensive PR tool that can keep a star connected to his or her fanbase in a personal way.
